My work is having a luncheon with Chinese take out. What would everyone recommend as to not completely kill my eating plan. I was thinking that maybe white rice and chicken and broccoli? I still brought my lunch from home but it is nice to join in sometimes.
Might as well, nothing take-out is going to be good for you, even the veggies will be cooked in bad oils and msg. Your best bet is steamed veggies and white rice.
Yeah I went with my fruit, double helping of veggies and pasta from home. Tasted great and watching everyone else indulge in the fat -I knew I made the right choice. :)
