I just joined and boy do I need it. I need to lose about 100 Lbs. I realy want to get back in shape, so that I can set a good example for my son (he just turned 1). I do Tae Kwon Do two nights a week, but it is mainly just learning the forms (poom se) so very little excersize involved in it. I have put on about 120 Lbs in the past 3 years (yea thats a lot), and I realy want to get that weight back off.
well you are in a great place for support jacob, alot of knowledge and friendly people around here, and getting healthy for your son is great and all but you have to really really want it yourself. So your learnin the way of the foot and hand huh, i actually studied a year or so of Hapkido, another korean born art of defense, based on holds, throws, pressure points and such... good luck with ya program, dont be afraid to ask questions....:dumbbell:
