Bit of help please. I'm english and i think we must have different names for certain exercises. Can somebody please let me kno how to do the following.
1. Side laterals?
2. Chins between chairs?
3. Can curls?
4. Home squats.
1. Take a dumbbell down on the side touching your hip and raise it up keeping palm facing down(keep arm relatively straight whole time)
2. I think you put a broom handle on two chairs, lay under it and with an underhand grip pull your body up to touch the bar. Regular pull-ups would be a substitute if you have a swingset or tree to use.
3. Regular bicep curl using canned goods as weight.
4. Squats with no weight, make sure to keep your butt down and squat with good form.
