I've officially started the gym, would love some input into my program. 144 lbs 5'3", goal weight around 125 lbs, but more interested in becoming healthy again.
I have cleaned up my diet (no more eating out, increased lean protein and veggies) Currently I am doing 30 minutes 3 times/week on the treadmill (walking and running), weight training 3 times/week, and hot yoga twice a week for one hour. Any suggestions? Is this a good start?
Sounds like a great start ! Be sure to stay hydrated before and after the hot yoga (well, every workout, actually).
