I need help losing weight fast and get my cardio up. I have a fitness test in a month for a police dept and need to know how i can work on my bench press without have a machine or free wieghts to help. Anything i can do around the house?
Push ups, dips behind the back, sit ups, curls using cans or waterbottles, lateral raises using cans, calf raises on the stairs, chin ups between chairs, all found on this site under home workout. Hope you make it in the test. Good luck!:)
