I noticed that there was no cardio recommended on this site. Thus far it is my belief that cardio has been what has kept me from gaining tons of weight. Did I miss it somewhere in the setup or is it not part of this site. I usually do 5-7 miles on treadmills and ellipticals 3-4 times a week. Will the continued running have any adverse effect on the weight training? And should I do it before or after the weight training.
The idea here as far as I understand is that on the days in your scedule where you rest, you do cardio instead. It also mentiones doing light cardio as a warmup before weight training.
