What is your current routine? How long have you been doing it?

Currently my routine is pretty much just running and crunches... because I'm not sure what else to do... i guess i've been doing it for a couple of weeks now... swimming sounds like a good idea but that would mean that i have to buy a gym membership and make sure the place has a pool...

Sign up for the home workout plan here. It will give you plenty of workouts to do without a gym membership.

Or if you just need some examples: body weight squats, lunges, pull ups, can curls, overhead presses (anything with a little weight)....etc.

We all hit those 'snags'. Working out if done long enough becomes the same thing as a job in mentality. However, you go to your job due to the paycheck to feed your family. You must in turn think of your workout to get a paycheck also, that is the paycheck of good health and a nice physique. Just as you probably fight through wanting to quit your job, your better sense tells you don't. Think this way with your workout.
