Well I was like many other people who tried to get into the shape they wanted. I kept beginning programs and stopping them due to lack of motivation or the like. This time is different and I can feel it.
I'm 18 years old, male, 6'0", and weigh 160lbs. One of my main features I don't like is excess body fat, it's the feature that makes me afraid to take my shirt off, and finally I grew tired of it.
My current situation is what I could call a pre-stage. Eliminating junk food and soda in my diet. This was a big task for me since I had been so accustomed to them for years and currently I'm 1 week free of both. Water as my current beverage of choice of course and junk food replaced with healthy alternatives such as fruit.
I found FT while looking for information on losing body fat and increasing lean muscle mass. I'm already excited to begin a diet and exercise program. All the people here with their success stories is a major motivator for me to do what I want to do.
