im having my doubts about fitday, alot of their figures for foods are way off, for example, i added 1-8oz non fat non fruit yogurt to my daily chart and it said 325 cals, the container says 120 cals ? and thats only the start, ive found alot of mistakes so far, you can change then as needed but it adds a lot of time to working on ya food log's.... as far as inputing a certain caloric range and having it pump out a specific diet or menu, i havent ran across one .

Bill, If I have the information from the container (i.e. the yogurt your describing) then i just make a custom food item and enter the info once. It holds it for future reference. I agree that some of the items are not a great match, but if you enter it yourself it works great!
