Hey all just joined today, So I wanted to introduce my self. My name is Lucille I have to son's 9 and 13. I just got back to the gym after a year off. (argh) anyway would love to drop 15 - 20 lbs and tone up. I am excited to try what I read about here high intensity interval training.
Tomorrow i will hit the elliptical as i normally would do only this time I will do it with high intensity . Hopefully this will kick my metabalism into highter gear!!!
