I have just lost 35 pounds , I did it with out exercise. I am sure if I decided to add in exercise the weight would come off more. But instead I did it with diet only, I don?t have loose skin or anything which is great. But I do have bigger tights, a jelly belly and old people arms. I need help with getting the tummy and the arms tighter and my legs smaller ( they are kind of firm since I used to be a swimmer). Does anyone know any good work outs? I really want a six pack of abs?

Diet without exercise is a problem. You loose weight, but you loose both body fat and muscles, and that is a problem, and that is why you have a problem with your thighs, belly and arms.
Have a look at the fitness plans here. Start with the Home workout, and then move on to general fitness/progressive gain. You can add the 12 week abs-workout as well.
No loose skin? You HAVE loose skin - your jelly belly and old peoples arms. You need muscles to hold out the skin.
Pop into the women only forum here and read some of the sticky posts there. You'll learn a lot!

You don't even need to go to the gym if you use the home program. Good luck.
