So check, I started this plan today, thursday October 4, and I didnt know quite what to expect since I thought I considered myself a fairly savy body builder, slightly over-weight but sculpted from within. The workout looked pretty trivial, 3 sets-4 per muscle group. Piece of cake. My usual reps are about 8. Doing 12-20 was a whole other experience. The lactic acid build ups where tough to work through and I think I might could have found something special here. I hope I dont quite after a few days.
