MY SHOLDERS ARE UNDEFINED AND THE MORE I SEEM TO WORK THEM THE LESS RESOLTS I GET DOES ANY ONE HAVE A SOLUTION

Ask yourself:
do you have any of these exercises?:
Military Presses
Push Presses
Jerks
Side Presses
Bent Presses
Do you lift relatively heavy? (1-8 reps)....if not start including more....
also all the lateral/front/etc raises wont help if you're not doing big movements...
