So Im doing ok on my programme, I think I've got my training, reps, sets, etc ok, although by nature will always think Im doing something wrong (perfectionist!).
Basically I want to start a creatine cycle, and want opinions and tips, either from women, or people who know about the effects in women. I have spoken to my trainer, who doesnt have that much experience with creatine and women, and my tutor at college (who obv is a pt himself) who has recommended it for my goals.
I just want some experiences shared if people don't mind.
Its all very well having the information, but its nice to have someone who follows the same train of thought as you, who has personal experience with it to share!
Thanks either way!

In my knowledge (for what it's worth), creatine supplementation shouldn't be too different for women.
Personally, I usually use 5 grams pre-workout and 5 more after my workout. Some people just recommend it after, but I like both, and considering it's pretty cheap, it's not like it empties out your wallet taking it twice.
Stay hydrated to maximize the effects, and I would recommend keeping your joints in check by keeping fats balanced and maybe even glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM supplementation, since you will likely have some added "umph" to your workouts.
