Hey guys I have a problem I guess I would like to lose weight before my Girlfriends 18th birthday party debut. And I really want to shrink my pants size from 38 to like a 32.
Right now I weigh in 200 pounds. And I really wanna lose the body fat in my stomach region and pretty much everywhere else LOL.
So does anybody know what I should do or have a diet plan and stuff.
First off, quit eating stuff you know you shouldn't eat plain and simple. Do you exercise, if not you need to start. Run, jog, at least walk regularly.
Figure out how many calories you need to be eating to lose weight (google is a good resource for this) and stick to it.
