HI: I have just signed up a few days ago, and in fact starting a workout program on monday.With hel from FT.I have got the exercises down pretty well. The diet thing I don't get. I am supposed to comsume a little over 4,000 cal. a day spread over six meals. How do you eat six times a day, and get all those cal.? without geting fat? What to eat, and when to eat it??? any help from anyone,with tips, or ideas will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks for your time Harold.ps.Iam not even sure how to check if i got a responce.
