Guys I could't find my post so i am entering it again, sorry. Just started 3-4 days ago, and i am going to use whey protien,and creatine. Is this ok to start with I'm looking to put on some muscle mass(20-25 lbs.) Nutrition planer says i need a little over 4.000 cal /280 g. protien/and 280g. carbs. a day! Any tips on this is greatly apperciated. Thanks
