First, as a 14 year old female, you've still got active growth plates in your long bones, and you've probably got cartilidge plates that are in the early to middle process of fusing to your hips (this only happens in women, not in men). That means that the lifting routines this site might generate for you may not be safe. Have you talked to your doctor about wanting to lose weight? He might be able to refer you to a trainer who specializes in training young adults who are still experiencing bone growth.
