HI: I am really new to all of this,so please bear with me. I have read alot about proteins,carbs,bad colh.good colh.My question is i bought some fish oil caps. the other day. 1.000mg I am also using Flax seed meal, can a person get too much "good Fat?" Also being that I'm just starting out, i am using whey protien,and Creatine. Is that ok? or should i wait? Thanks a lot!!
