2 questions
First is Pearled Barley a good source of Carbs?
Second is sugarfree strawberry preserves a good source of carbs? 1 tablespoon is egual to 2oz fresh or frozen approx 10 cal 4-5gr carb. Would like to add to cottage cheese.

Pearled Barley is a great source of complex carb's. Can't say about the sugarfree preserves, but I'm guessing that whatever carb's are in preserves, they're probably simple carb's.
