G'day, Well it's taking me a while to finally do this. I've just discharged from the Army (Australia). Now that I am back in the normal civilian life,I look forward to getting on with keeping fit, that being gym workouts. I've got a ten year goal and that basically involves keeping fit and obtaining my goal. I'm pretty hopeless on tha ab side of things but with the right encouragement and sustainability, I believe i can achieve my end state.

I'm currently conducting a 8 week program so with my focus on this package, I aim to achieve high results. Any good advive from the floor would be greatly appreciated.

Weak on the abs, eh. Look for olympic style, total body lifts like squats, dead lifts, cleans, etc. Your abs will be secondarily engaged during all of those (providing you're using proper form.) Don't forget to strengthen your back, too, though, to keep your body in balance. Good luck :)
