I found this site through a completely unrealted search. The guy who has the site is supposed to be a bit wrong about facts and do bad research.
I find his nutrition plan to be quite interesting in a funny kind of way. How much of it is real and how much is more "up the creek without a paddle"?

I didn't read the whole thing (mostly just bullet points) but it doesn't seem to be that weird. Anything in particular I might have missed?

I think the dangerous thing about a site like that is that some things are real, and some are not. You follow the good things and a bad thing sneaks up on you.
