I know this question has probably been asked a hundred times, but I have a more specific diet in mind. I need something that is very cheap, quick and easy. I don't need a whole lot of variety just something that can made fairly quickly and the lower the price the better... I'm a college student with a family. Example: I used to just eat rice mixed with tuna/chicken the kind in the water packed cans. Or, something I can throw on the GF grill like chicken but what should I add? I can do boiled eggs for breakfast or egg beaters. Oh, and my goal, at least at this point, is to lose fat % and gain strength I don't care too much about mass gains at this point.

Ground Bison, usually around $5/lb, very lean and better for you than beef. Fry it up in a pan (little extra virgin olive oil) and put it in literally whatever you want, eggs, sauces, use it for tacos, etc...

I agree with Olibobwa, deer meat costs $7 for a tag and less than a buck a bullet (assuming you have a rifle). The only beef I ever buy is ground beef b/c ground vennison doesn't work too well due to the lack of fat.

Crock pots and deer meat rock.
