I ruptured my achilles tendon about a year ago so Im just now getting back to where im not in too bad of shape. When I was 18 I weighed 165 could squat 485, bench 325, Dead lift 455, run three miles in 16 and a half minutes, run a mile in 4 mins and 52 seconds, and run the 40 in 4.4 seconds. Today I don't know what I can do with any of that stuff. I weigh 178. The last mile I was timed in was about three months ago I did somewhere around 7 minutes. Anyway I know im never going to be 18 again I just want to get in better shape.
