I'm a 20 year old female who weight 135lbs and I'm looking to loose 10-15 pounds. I'm about 5'3. I switch up my cardio from swimming for 30mins, too bicyling for 1 hr, to running 2 miles, to celebrity fit club 40 mins with billy banks everyday. I also lift weights. I use 10lb dumbells and 5 lbs. I do bicep curls, military press, triceps, squats, abs, seated row... I also eat healthy bananas, apples, salad, oatmeal, grapefruit, grapes, lots of water, salad, grilled chicken etc..also a cup of green tea a day. I don't know if i'm doing this properly-i need some tips or advice pleasee :)
