Hey everybody. ive been working out for the last year and ive noticed that my left bicep and tricep are bigger than the ones on my right arm. at first i thought maybe im over working my right so i starting using my left arm just a tad bit more on all my workouts and nothing. so then i thought maybe i wasnt working my right arm hard enough, so i started to use my right arm a tad bit more on my workouts and still nothing! its not that noticable unless you really look close or measure my arms but i feel stronger with my right but its smaller. some oppinions please.

Start doing more single arm movements over barbell/two handed stuff for arms. Using more dumbbell pressing will help fix your tricep imbalance as well.

Most people though have a slight difference between arms, if it isn't bothering you from a strength perspective and not overly noticeable then I'd just forget about it IMO.

Just always user your weaker side first when you do unilateral movements. Never do more reps then what your weak side can do.
