Hi, long time reader first time poster. I'm currently bulking for the winter and trying to put on as much high quality muscle as possible. I've been using the WS4SB routine and have seen great strength gains over the past two months.
My problem is that I think I went too gung-ho with the eating. I eat clean about 75% of the time but I think I still ate too much the first two months. I gained about 9 pounds or so, but it seems that I am putting on weight around my mid-section as well.
Is this just something that you have to deal with when bulking or something that I can do something about? I plan to start cutting down around February. I really don't want to stop the mass plan now because like I said I've gained a lot of muscle and strength, but what can I do about the excess initial weight I put on?

I realize that situps, etc. won't help at all, but what about stomach vaccuums? Maybe my problem is the fact that I've been skinny my whole life and now I've bulked up and put on some fat and am having trouble dealing with it.

Be happy. Bulk fat keeps you warm for the winter.
I'd be willing to bet you answered your question in your second post.
