Should we eat carbs after 6 PM ?

You'll probably get different opinions on this. My answer would have to be, that depends on your goal. If you aim to gain mass, you can.
However, if you aim to lose weight, in my opinion, you should stay away from carbs later on in the day.

Since I'm trying to gain as much mass as physically possible, I eat carbs all day. I usually workout at 5am so I need some sort of energy source before bed or I feel dead and worthless the next morning. I've been purposely eating carbs before bed for over a year and a half now and I'm at somewhere between 7% and 7.5% bodyfat. It pretty much all depends on your metabolism and your personal goals. If you tend to have a slow metabolism, then yes avoid carbs before bed. These will simply go to "storage" overnight, and we all know what that means.

That depends on your total daily calorie intake...... Did you get all the needed calories during the day?

C'mon, now. I'll get pics up soon. I just got my computer back (it had serious issues) and I now have access to a digital camera. I'll do it when I have the chance. The baby is a brand new responsibility and my #1 priority right now.
