Well, today is Day 1 for me. I have my workout plan in hand and set to head out to the gym in a couple of hours. I am crossing my fingers that the program suggested will result in a stronger more energetic Me !! I am optimistic and driven. Here it goes :big_smile:

good luck, and remember, dont over do it the first weeks, get your body ready to workout, alot of people start out like a raging bull, all full of steam, get sooooo sore from the 1st workout and dont go back for a year.... :dumbbell:

Thanks for the encouragement guys. I am really excited. Training session went well last night. I can feel it today, but it is a "good burn". I am moderately fit, but just have some "problem areas" that don't seem to be responding like I am telling them to..go figure.
