No different than a meat eater. As veg-head will need to make a stronger effort at making sure that you are getting enough protein. A shake of some sort will definitly help that.
Also, be careful of your carb intake. I have know a few people that went vegetarian and got fat because the ate entirely too much pasta, rice, potatoes and other super carb rich foods.
