another update from the fitness industry guru (hahaha):

Ms Fitness will be holding their competitions here in Las Vegas next month at the Rio Hotel. The Ms Fitness USA will be on Friday, Sept 13th; Ms Fitness World on Sat, Sept 14th.
Plus there will be a free expo as well.

They have a really good deal: get a SUITE at the Rio for only $119/night (REALLY good for a weekend), and get two $100 seat tickets for each show free! I did this last year, and I ended up with great seats in the 3 row, and the whole weekend rocked.

I'll be in Cali then, maybe I can talk the husband in to going down for the day. Our anniversary is the 18th. Think I can get an advance???? That would be great.
