Thanks for the previous advice. Now... Do I start out kinda light with my first set and add weight as my number of reps go down with each set? How much weight per set should I add if this is the case? Or do I use the same amount of weight for each set? Thanks again!

Start out light... those sets are for warmup mainly. The last set should be heavy enough that you have a hard time completing the whole set.
