So I know it is best to eat whole foods, rather than to use supplements for my diet. Are liquid egg whites considered a "whole food" or supplement? I guess what I want to know is if liquid egg whites will benefit me as much as the actual egg white itself...Also, can you actually buy just egg whites, rather than the liquid version? Thanks.

You can indeed buy powdered eggwhites. Liquid eggwhites are fine, you can cook them for good results. Mix one whole egg if you like with them, will supply necessary biotin that may indeed help digestion.
Watch the carton...some are not 100% eggwhites. Read the ingredients. Make certain it says just that, and nothing else.

Would adding liquid egg whites to my oatmeal provide me with the same nutritional content?

It definately will add to the protein department. Interesting combination!
