ok, sf, here's my problem doing it like that. i'm required to do cardio on those days cuz of work. then i'm always traveling friday right after work so i don't have time to hit the gym. saturday and sunday i don't have access to a gym so those days are out, so anything i do i have to do monday thru thusrday in the afternoon. i didnt necessarily mean that i did full body workouts. i was expressing that i work my whole body. whereas a few ppl had been talking about just doing bench and arms. i do like the routine you have, so when i switch up in 3 weeks, thats what ill prolly go to. or well, a variation of it. thanks
