Hi. I have been trying to gain weight for 2 weeks,but have not been gaining much. I have only gained half a pound.
I have increased my calorie amount by more then a 1000, by drinking 2 oat and milk drinks, each giving 546 caloires.
I have also been working out 4 times a week (mon, tue, wens, fri) and resting 3 days ( wens, sat, sun). I only work out for 40-45 minutes, doing 2 sets, with 8 reps max and doing 6 exercises.
Can anyone tell me why Iam gaining weight so slowly?
Also should I be gaining less weight on workout days, then on rest days?
