Hello everyone, new here and hoping this is somewhere that i can find the motivation to get my lazy butt off the couch :) I have been without an exercise program for a very long time, while i'm not overweight i have gotten a little "untoned" shall we say. I also just don't have the energy i used to. At this time i am going to try the workouts at home as i don't have access to a gym or equipment right now. Is anyone else doing this? Do u find it to still be effective? Enough rambling for now. I'll be starting my rountine on Monday. Wish me luck!!!
Hello and welcome to FT! GREAT that you are beginning a workout routine! The workout program here is great, there are so many ways to incorporate a "weight" workout without the gym, so hang in there and doing the workouts diligently will show results!
