I am new to the site and im trying to put what i ate for lunch in my nutrition tracker, im just trying to put in 4 chicken wings and when i put in chicken wings its giving me everything but simple plain chicken wings. can someone help me out.
Here is some very good advice for you (if you realy want to do something to improve your own nutrition). Stop eating the wings. Substitute it w/something a little more healthy. Lets get real people'
