hello to all, well like the rest of you i want to be healthier. I have had a hard time with weight for a while know, I'm 35 yrs old and 5'3. I have a bad back, they did steroid shots in it,and etc. a few years ago since that time I have rapidly put on weight, first from the steroids, then from depression, its a bad cycle we get ourselves in to. I went from 135 lbs. to a whoping 215 lbs.(last year). I have in year managed to get my self down to 182 lbs. But I feel stuck I've lost motivation, I need help. I can't wait to start this program wish me luck, and good luck to all of you!

I know how you feel about being motivated. I have the same problem but now I just kinda of remind myself what my goal is. Every time I think about letting go and start to sink I just kinda of kick my self in the butt and start to think. I have a couple of things that I have put in my medicine cabinet and what I call the kids junk drawer. One is of them is why my body is important and what happens if I let it go. Another is a picture of an outfit I want to wear. Some day I will wear that outfit. Hope all goes well and like you I am new to this and have lots of things I am working on as well.
