Hi, I'm just introducing myself. I have always excerised for fun and have joined a few gyms in the past, but stopped because of money and time. I stumbled across this website on a serach engine and thought I would give it a try as I needed something more structured to help me aim towards my goals. I will see how it goes.
Though I do need a little advice. On one of the excerises in my training programme, it called the 'Chin ups' using 2 chairs and a pole, I do not have the space in my room to fit in 2 chairs is there a alternative excerise I can use to do the 'back muscle workout' thank you.
