My name is Akash ...abt 6'2 in height and strong built.
Recently I have devloped a beer belly, though it is nt very huge.(i dont drink ,im using the term to describe) my weight is arnd 196 lbs (98 kgs). However I need to lose arnd 10 lbs in 30 days time. Please recommend some basic diet which includes fruits and some excercies to achieve my goal.
