I recently survived a massive Pulmonary embolism a few months ago at age 30 and have gained about 40lbs. I can mostly say that it was due to the stress of not being able to walk for about 1 month and my inability to get back to normal, as I was prior to the incident. I want to get back into shape but would like to get some advice as far as getting my legs back into shape. Although my entire body needs shaping up, I would like to concentrate more on my fatty legs. Any good advice out there?
I don't have any advice, but have you tried a couple of the other forums? What has your dr. suggested? I can't imagine going through that, especially at such a young age! Hope your health improves! Tina
