Hi everyone I'm new! I'm looking to start a spring exercise program. I'm 21 6ft 170 pound. It looks like half of that weight is on my stomach, and the other half in my neck. Hope this place can help me before I get to out of shape!

Hey, rileylove, great to have you here at FT! I'm a bit lost, though, you said a spring exercise program? Spring is quite a while away, are you going to wait that long before you start?
