Hey i have some questions about my workout. I'm a Junior in highschool and have been lifting somewhat hard since my freshman year. The only workout i've known is the one the older kids i lifted with did. If you look at my profile you can see what the workout is. Also, what are some good supplements to take? I've been on NanoVapor and take Kre-Alkalyn

Post this question in either the beginner or intermediate weightlifting forum and you will get better responses to your workout.

I don't think you need many supplements, but you do need a new workout.
