i think that the biggest problem people who want to lose the weight have besides the diet and exercising is that they lose the drive and motivation to keep going. I know thats my problem...i start out pumped up and by the end of the week i dont feel like it anymore. Thats why people who are going through a workout program should have accountability buddies. if anyone needs one im here...but i as well need one so anyone would like to grill at me to push me...just let me know...ill be happy enough to listen to ur advice and constructive criticism...thanks
