I have big hips with cellulite, small waist (flat belly), and pretty lean and thin upper body (some triceps fat of course). My butt has a lot of fat, my quads are quite muscular with a lot less fat than my butt.
My plan was to lift heavy for upper body with less reps, and for the lower body to do more reps 20 and beyond with medium weight.
I haven't figured out the cardio yet. I've heard that HIIT should not be done after lifting...Any truth to that. Originally I was planning to do split days: morning cardio, evening lifting, but I don't have the time.
One day lift, next day cardio... that is a good split that you will have time for. Then make sure to have one day off per week.
