Always remember that the number 1 thing in fitness is your diet. Always use good form and judgment when strength training. Always ask questions when you are unsure of things. Welcome to Free Trainers!

Thank You!! I do Weight Watchers too.. and I have lost 50 lbs. But I have stayed the same for about 6 months... so I am hopng this works out for me.:)

Once you start strength training, you should be able to get past that plateau.
