Hi All,
Can anyone help? I have just been given permission after a long bout of illness that I can return to the gym. Cardio is pretty much out of the question, but I need to build strength. I was a gym bunny/wieght lifter and 5'7.5" and 8.5 stone. Illness and meds have made me put on weight I am now 14 stone AHHH!:( I am desperate to be ME again! I am out of the wheel chair and want my life back but relly don't know where to start. Can someone help me come out of hiding?
