Smaller Thighs

I don't really know why... but I'm feeling my thighs are way too big compared to the rest of my body. I'm kinda going through a "not eating phase" right now because I'm afraid that I'll eat something to make them worse.

It seems that there's hard muscle in there making in stick out so much, but I haven't been to the gym in months.

Help...

Actually, not eating will make them worse, plus it will make it even harder for you to lose weight. Not eating basically kills your metabolism, causing your ability to burn calories to drastically drop. Eat 5-6 small meals per day and exercise. Also, there's no such thing as spot training, so you can't work out just to shrink your thighs. A clean diet is a huge part of weight loss. Good luck, and welcome to FT!
