I am going to be married in Hawaii in Sept. 2008 so I need all the motivation and inspiration to get bikini ready in 10 months :-) This website seems like it is going to be just the thing to keep me on track to a great healthy, happy lifestyle. Any personal tips,advice, or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
Congrats on the wedding in September!! I just got married this past september myself and I used the Body for Life challenge to drop about 12 lbs of body fat. Overall I would recommend doing at least 4 days per week of weight training and some cardio for 2 x per week. Sunday take as day of rest.
