im 16, and ive been working out for about a week now now.im very skinny and have always been, lately ive been doin curls with weights and i have been seeing some muscle build up n my upper arms, but none in my lower.why? also ive been doin sit ups, but i havent seen any ab build up. why and how t get abs?!? please help:(

he** only a week slow down dont expect results overnight this kind of thing takes years whose the girl man she must be hot. supposing you did see results in 1 week on your upper arm the reason you are seeing no results on your lower arms is because you are not working the tricep. try skull crushers, or tricep extensions

if your very skinny, you should think about putting weight on before you start trying to get a six pack of muscle. btw you wont see much difference in a week anyway it takes time and dedication

do different exercises and also have sets and reps.. give some time for that muscle to build too. One week? i mean, seriously? Try to give your muscles a few days a week to rest (not consecutive though) and work them hard when you are working out.. only doing a few different things will screw your body up bad.. I advise you have a balanced routine.. start a program.
